Convening a General Meeting
At least 20 days before the General Meeting, the PEM Board informs all members by extending personal invitations. The Notice to the General Meeting includes the following:
- Date, time and place of the meeting.
- Items on the agenda.
PEM’s Annual General Meeting is held once a year in Thessaloniki or in Athens, alternately.
The PEM Board may convene an extraordinary General Meeting whenever required.
Decision-making process
The General Meeting decides on agenda items by absolute majority of those present.
The General Meeting duly convenes when the required quorum is present, i.e. when at least half of the paid-up full members are present.
If there is no quorum, a new General Meeting is called within 10 days and convenes with the members that are present.
