Participating in the General Meeting

In person

You can participate in PEM’s General Meeting in person. You should have your ID, passport or PEM membership card with you.

Online

If you cannot attend the General Meeting in person, you can attend, speak and vote online.

In this case, you must notify us by the date provided in the Notice to the General Meeting. Then, you receive the invitation by email.

The online system has been approved by the General Meeting and verifies the identity of the members.

Via a proxy

If you can neither attend the General Meeting in person nor participate online, you can appoint a proxy in writing.

In this case, you must notify PEM in time by sending a signed letter by post or courier. The deadline for receiving the letter appointing a proxy is mentioned in the Notice to the General Meeting.

Each proxy may represent up to 2 members.
