Conferences by PEM
We hold conferences to support the continuing professional development of members of the Panhellenic Association of Translators (PEM) and others who are engaged in linguistic professions in Greece or abroad. These conferences are the best way for us to meet one another and expand our network.
What conferences have to offer

Distinguished colleagues with extensive experience in translation and interpreting, PEM members or otherwise, address current issues of concern to our industry.
Conference talks also focus on issues we face daily, such as working conditions, pricing and professional recognition.
Past conferences
We staged the 1st Conference for Translation and Interpreting Professionals September 2017, in cooperation with the Ionian University Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting (DFLTI).
